Vedle.space is a small but beautiful event venue and recording studio of a marketing agency Visibility Digital in Prague.

Task
Vedle.space is a multifunctional event space for internal use (Visibility agency workshops) and rental use (event venue and recording studio for podcasts).
The main goal was to create a 360° configurator and help to showcase the space in its variations, so that the client can explore its possibilities and choose the one that best suits the event preferences. This makes the preparation for the event manager easier.
The client also wanted the virtual tour to be in line with the values and brand of Vedle.space and Visibility agency.

Solution
We created a custom branded virtual tour that suits the vedle.space branding with the well-known pink color, and added the custom menu feature with different variations.
We divided this 360° configurator virtual tour into 4 configurations (classic setup, presentation mode, podcast studio, and empty space).
Furthermore, custom hotspots were added to the walkthrough for a better user experience and animation with an open-door effect for presentation mode and an art option to create the digital experience more interactive and fun. And of course, a CTA button for booking was mandatory to increase the booking rates via virtual tour.

Besides uploading the virtual tour to clients’ Google Business Profile and website, we also create creative 360° images for other Facebook usage.
