A Google Analytics (sometimes call just GA or GA4) is a web analytic tool offered by Google for free that can tracks effectiveness of your website and create reports of your website traffic. It is really beneficial tool to use for any business, because it provides insides about your customers and status of your website. So, that you can understand your customers better and adjust your marketing campaigns to bring the best results.
Google Analytics is mainly build to track website performance but it can be used also as a performance tracker of your virtual tour. So that you can see which actions your visitors do before making the desired action (ex. book a stay, call you, buy your product). With this analytics tool, you can see how far your customers go throughout the customer journey to adjust the experience to better suits your customers and also your business goals.
To add this tool to your web, simply add the newest GA4 tag to your website or add the GA4 via a Google Tag manager.
