Crowd Cafe is a unique multifunctional space that combines a cozy, family-friendly café with a Montessori-inspired play area. And at the same time, the space can transforms into a modern event venue perfect for conferences, corporate parties, or concerts, with a capacity of up to 130 people.

Task
Crowd Cafe is well known for its great coffee and child-friendly atmosphere with a Montessori-inspired play area. However, many people don’t realize that the space is also available to rent for private and corporate events.
Our goal is to create a clear and engaging way to showcase this event potential. The client wants to attract more corporate clients and highlight the space as a stylish and flexible venue for workshops, parties, or conferences. Event bookings are more profitable, so the focus needs to shift toward promoting this side of the business while still respecting the café’s friendly, family-oriented brand.

Solution
We propose creating a custom virtual tour that clearly presents Crowd Cafe as a multifunctional space. The tour will highlight the café’s well-known features — quality coffee and the Montessori-inspired kids’ area — while placing special emphasis on the event space.
